Welcome to MAS SE Scouting Family Camp 2019, we are very happy you made the decision to spend your weekend with us and we pray to Allah swt that your time during the camp will be filled with fun and learning. Please take note/actions on the following important items and attachments. We are ONE WEEK from our family camp!
Program: Attached is our program. Program starts early on Saturday. Check-in desk is only open from 8am to 10am. The program includes maps. Please become familiar with the housing areas and program areas. Men will be in Cedar Hollow and Magnolia. Women will be Sweet Gum. Families will be in Dogwood Den and Lodge. Last minuted communication and during camp is via remind so look at the program to instructions on how to signup for the remind.
WAIVER (MUST HAVE):
Please bring the attached for EACH adult and child accompanying you. Parents must have signed this form for ALL CHILDREN (under 18 yrs) before admission.
CHECK IN/OUT TIME:
Check in time is Saturday 4/13/2019 @8 am. Checkout time is Sunday 4/14/2019 @ noon.
WHERE TO COME:
Please see arrival to camp instructions(attached) and please come to the outside main office for check in and bed assignments. COME to the NORTH ENTRANCE. Please note those children with free registration will not have assigned bed, they have to share bed with an adult or their family member, if you would like to have a bed for your child, you must pay kid (s) registration fee. The address for the camp is: 2200 S Washington Ave, Livingston, TX 77351,
WHAT TO PACK:
Please bring following list of items:
· Liability waiver form printed and signed for each person
· Several changes of clothes (including a rain jacket in case of inclement weather)
· Sturdy shoes for walking and activities
· Swimsuit and towel
· Twin-sized sheets, blanket and pillow or sleeping bag and pillow
· Personal toiletries
· Towel and washcloth
· Water bottle
· Flashlight
· Personal medicines, if any
· Positive attitude
· 3 documents attached: Program(with map), waiver and directions to camp. Please print all of them and bring to camp.
Despite our planning, I am sure we will have some surprises so I hope we work together to provide a positive fun experience for our kids. If you have any questions, please email it back to us and we will be glad to answer all your questions.
